‘Why should we consider rosé inferior to white or red,if it’s well made from tall-quality grapes?’If youre someone who firmly associates rosé with summer, you won’t need reminding that there are only a couple of weeks of peak drinking time left before the holidays are over. The irony is that the most recent vintage (2015 at the time of writing) generally tastes better at this time of year than it did at the beginning of the summer.
