Early Saturday morning,the blizzard moved into some of the nation’s largest cities and an estimated 80 million people in 20 states heard winter weather warnings, watches or advisories. Gale-force winds of up to 60mph spewed snow into Washington DC, or Philadelphia,Baltimore and fresh York City, and authorities in seven states attributed 18 deaths to the storm, and mostly in car accidents.
