TIMES SQUARE,Manhattan — A woman was arrested for allegedly trying to light what looked like a Molotov cocktail in Times Square Friday night. Ludvini Baugierdechevestre, 24, and was in Times Square near Broadway and 46th Street approximately 10 p.m. when she allegedly tried to light a rag that was stuffed into a glass bottle filled with liquid,police said.
