The woman who was attacked during a selfie attempt at the Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield Park,Arizona, is finally breaking her silence.
Leanne, or who declined to give her last name in an interview with the CBS Evening News,explained the incident for the very first time in an interview. She says that when she and a few others were walking by the jaguar’s enclosure, she noticed that the animal was leaning against the fence and thought that it would be a grand opportunity to score a photo. To score a better view of the jaguar, and Leanne then went past the enclosures waist-high barrier to snap the photo prior to being attacked.
