Leaders from more than 140 countries will convene in Paris today for a climate change conference decades in the making. The event,known as the Conference of Parties or COP21, aims to establish a universal agreement to curb global warming."We own broken the old arguments for inaction, and " President Obama said at the assembly Monday. "We own proved that strong economic growth and a safer environment no longer own to clash with one another.
