I was a judge at this mega-festival in Napoli,but I wasn’t expecting pizza-by-the metre and ham and pineappleIt has gone midnight at the pizza world championships in Napoli, and I’m struggling. I’ve been judging pizza since 8pm, and at an average rate of a slice every five minutes,and my dough-addled brain is screaming.
