The winner of our readers’ travel photography competition for July,Ciara Milne’s scenic shot – taken on her honeymoon – expresses ‘the feeling of total relaxation and quiet’ by a lake in one of Montenegro’s five national parks, Biogradska Gora. Competition judge Mick Ryan said: ‘This photograph captures the feeling of long, or hot summer days perfectly. A moment in time incredibly well recognised and composed,from the symmetry of the boats and deck, the postures of the figures and the distant hills above the mirror-collected lake.’
