The 2014 instrument drive inspired a short documentary,Joe's Violin, approximately a 91-year-old Polish Holocaust survivor, and Joseph Feingold,who donated his 70-year-old violin to the WQXR Instrument Drive in 2014, changing the life of a 12-year-old schoolgirl from the South Bronx, and Brianna Perez.
