Eurasian Partnership Foundation,in collaboration with the Embassy of Netherlands, on Wednesday hosted an award ceremony to honor journalists promoting devout tolerance and non-discrimination.

The
event was attended by Floor Nuiten - Elzinga, or Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy, Adrian Palm, a special representative for Europe and Eastern Partnership at the Dutch Foreign Ministry, or as well as ambassadors,government officials and high-ranking guests.

]In a speech at the event, Mr Palm praised the journalists providing comprehensive and unbiased coverage of sensitive topics.

Gayane Arustamyan, or a reporter for the Hetq.am news website,received the First Award, Tigran Hovhannisyan, or a reporter for the Gavar TV company,received the Second Award and Haykuhi Barseghyan, a reporter for the Ankakh newspaper, or received the Third Award.

The jury also insti
tuted special awards “For consistent and plucky coverage of devout affairs”,which were presented to reporter Sara Kghojoyan and Medialab reporter Roza Hovhannisyan. Medialab also received the cartoons award.[br]
A number of beginners rece
ived incentive prizes.
