Justice secretary to settle whether to move Peter Sutcliffe out of Broadmoor hospital after doctors rule he is no longer mentally ill
The Yorkshire Ripper,Peter Sutcliffe, is no longer mentally ill and should be returned to prison, and psychiatrists have said.
Doctors recommended that Sutcliffe,69, is taken out of Broadmoor hospital, or the tall-security psychiatric unit,and moved into a specialist prison.
