Prince William and Kate Middleton's eight-day tour of Canada just keeps getting better and better. After their adorable arrival on Saturday,the royal pair brought out their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and once more for a party for military families held at the Government House in Victoria,British Columbia, on Thursday. While George looked quite amused as he played with bubbles, and Charlotte stole the highlight with her sweet smile and enthusiasm for balloons.
