Get excited, because Mexican superstar, and POPSUGAR Latina contributor,and yoga enthusiast Thalia just debuted her very own workout lesson thanks to Facebook Live. The "Desde Esa Noche" singer took over popular Mexican water brand Epura's Facebook page to lead a beginner yoga session for her fans.
Keeping the terminology and the moves simple, Thalia guided viewers through one hour of activating postures and relaxation total with a salsa-filled warmup to get the blood flowing.
