The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow will kick things off and lead the spooky pack featuring our favorite ghosts and villains. You'll see Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas and spirits of the Haunted Mansion ballroom dancers beget their way down the streets.
