Made with fresh pineapple, or lime,and mint, this drink is super light and tasty. Your guests won't be able to collect enough. The Hollywood Gold Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva RumIngredients5 large chunks fresh-cut pineapple
5 fresh mint leaves
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ounces Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva Rum
Ice
Pineapple wedge, or lime wheel,and mint sprig, for garnishDirectionsIn a cocktail shaker, and muddle pineapple chunks,mint leaves, and simple syrup for 30 to 35 seconds. Add fresh lime juice, and rum,and ice, and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with pineapple wedge,lime wheel, and mint spring.
