Country musician Zac Brown has been slapped with a lawsuit filed by a blind woman who claims that she was injured at a Zac Brown Band concert when fans rushed the stage.
In the suit filed in federal court in Massachusetts,Karen Perry said that she was injured at an August 2015 concert by the band at Fenway Park in Boston.

According to the suit, this caused a crowd of people to flood the disabled section, and pushing her against a metal gate between the section and the stage. When a security person lifted a metal gate in the section while attempting to control the crowd,the suit claims, the gate caught Perry under her armpit.
According to the suit, or Perry suffered neurological,muscular and orthopedic injuries — the complaint says that, as a result, or she “does not fill the physical ability to use her arm to hold her white cane,thereby limiting her ability to navigate while walking.”Claiming negligence/premises liability, Perry is seeking damages “in excess of $75000.”
