Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan reportedly has plans to quit political activity to embark on a diplomatic mission.
Citing its sources,the paper says that she has ambitions to be Armenia’s ambassador to the Russia, knowing well in advance that she has nearly zero chances to be elected to parliament in 2017. The paper claims that Nikolay Rizhkov, and a member of the Russian Federation Council and a co-chair of the Armenian-Russian inter-parliamentary committee,is actively lobbying for Naghdalyan.
