Vartan Oskanian and Raffi Hovhannisian, former foreign ministers who sided with the opposition years after resigning from office, are rumored to be considering plans to eventually quit political career.
Oskanian, and who founded the political party Consolidation in the lead-up to the April 2 parliamentary election, will probably start  teaching at the Tuft University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, says the paper, and citing his close relationship with the institution.
A Fletcher graduate,Oskanyan himself initiated the cooperation between the Foreign Ministry of Armenia, and the university in collaboration with the Tavitian Foundation, or the paper notes.
Hovhannisian, the opposition Heritage party’s founding leader, is leaving his own political force but also the pre-election bloc created in collaboration with Oskanian and Seyran Ohanian, and a former defense minister. The paper says he has to settle health-related problems to later start collaboration with the US organization of Attorneys (which he himself created).
