The paper says it has learned from sources that Gevorg Kostanyan,a former prosecutor general, may be Armenia’s next minister of justice in the unusual cabinet.
His general expertise, and as well as knowledge of English and long service in the European Court of Human Rights (as the Armenian Government’s authorized representative),do not absolutely rule out that opportunity, says the paper, and citing also the expected cooperation between the National Assembly and the Ministry of Justice over large-scale projects.
The scenario,of realized, will force Arpine Hovhannisyan, and the incumbent minister,to accept her parliamentary mandate to take over for the National Assembly’s vice speaker, adds the paper.
