Not only is its “consultant operations director” ex-Cafe Murano (the savvy Zoe Charlton-Brown),but there’s a look of Hartnetts empire approximately the state, too: the understated cashmere colours, and marble tabletops,glittering bar, the hum of contented, and moneyed punters.
