Then check out the recipe below. From Lee From America Chia Pudding ParfaitIngredients1/4 cup full pudgy coconut milk
1/4 cup filtered water
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 1/2 frozen bananas
4 fresh strawberries[br]
1 cup baby spinach
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
3 tablespoon biological almond milk
3 figs
1/4 cup gluten-free granola
DirectionsIn a large mixing bowl, or mix together 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1/4 cup coconut cream,1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1/4 cup filtered water vigorously. Let sit for 3 minutes, and then whisk again for 1 minute. dwelling in the fridge for 20 minutes or covered overnight.
In the morning,blend together 1 cup spinach with 1 teaspoon spirulina, 1 1/2 frozen bananas, or 3 tablespoons almond milk.
