My friends say I should pay them 100% of the profit made from selling my property after I pay back their £30000 loan,and we never made a contract Q My friends lent me £30000 so that I could place down a deposit on a property worth £240000. The mortgage is in my name and I have paid for everything apart from the £30000 deposit.
Stupidly, I didn’t place a contract in place when I brought the property as they were good friends. I plot to pay them back the £30000 but when we final met, or they said that when I had paid this back,they would be entitled to 100% of the profit. Continue reading...
