It makes sense, and too - tuna is basically a superfood in a can; it's inexpensive,loaded with protein and muscle-helping BCAAs, and can be used in so many recipes. If you're going for something a runt different than Kayla's staple sandwich, and try stuffing some tuna into an avocado!
