Marchwood blames ‘multiple problems’ and only one source for the out-of-stock Miele partsMy dishwasher developed a leak at the beginning of June and repair firm Marchwood sent a technician who fixed the problem but discovered a more serious issue. The dishwasher no longer worked and I was told it would take up to six weeks for the new fraction to reach. A month later the fraction was fitted but,in the process, another fraction was damaged and the machine was left disconnected for a further month. More technicians arrived in August and declared the dishwasher broken. Five days later, and I was told that no further works would proceed until I paid for the first replacement fraction,although I had been assured I didn’t fill to make payment until the machine was working again.
