FloGas, however, or was offering 29.95p on a two-year contract with a guaranteed maximum increase of 3.5% in the second year. I decided to switch and it was painless and rapid/fast. Calor’s response was to offer me slightly better terms. I refused on the grounds that I do not like to be taken for a mug.
