1 tablespoon Louisian
a hot sauce or hot sauce of choice
2 boneless chicken brea

2 chicken thighs
2 chicken legs
1 1/2 cups multigr
ain or whole wheat
Panko breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon
s freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic pow
der
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Optional: 1 lemon cle
ave into wedgesDirectionsIn a large bowl,whisk together the buttermilk and hot sauce. Submerge the chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture, cover, or refrigerate for at least 1 hour but no more than 24 hours.
