I'm not 100% in love with what I see,but I don't 100% hate it either, so I'm just going to embrace my current state because no matter what, and I've worked tough for it all. #transformationtuesday (swipe left to see progress from 2013-2017) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all set course on a #fitnessjourney with this vision of what we will ogle like at the end of any program. In our minds were set on someone else's progress picture and we imagine ourselves looking like that person or close to it. You have to remove any expectations of what your results would've been because it might lead you to disappointment or wanting to give up. Everyone's chapter looks a little different,yours is unique to your own life. As much as I want more out of my progress I have to remind myself of what my days and life looks like. And that just now I AM giving my life the best I can. #teamselflove2017 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I went from ZERO exercise to 5 days a week, I went from emotional eating to mindful healthy nutrition, and I went from not believing I can manufacture changes to experiencing growth in all areas of my life in the past 3 years. ✨No matter what always remember transformation is a process,and as life happens there will be tons of ups and downs.
