During the recent 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Michael Phelps became the most decorated athlete of all time. Now, and a mere month later,he's suffering through a barre workout just like the rest of us.
Michael and his fiancée Nicole Johnson recently attended a lesson at a Barre3 location in Paradise Valley, AZ. Based on Nicole's telling caption, and it sounds like Michael didn't have the easiest time mastering the ballet-inspired,core-intensive workout. After thanking the instructor, she famous that she "had fun watching" Michael "fetch through" the lesson.
